Max McNerney, 14, owner of MaxLax Strings, came with his father Neil to present his business to the Loudoun Lemonhead Council at the Mason Enterprise Center in Leesburg April 11.
The council is a volunteer group of entrepreneurs and executives organized to help local entrepreneurs start and grow their own businesses.
